you will need for us to work together.

Each section has been colour coded so that it is easier to navigate

through. We also, on the opposite page, have created an alphabetical

index to make it easier to find what you are looking for.

With all of our units broken into categories it is simple to find the

product code you require and place an order using either our online

ordering platform or one of the many 3rd party software packages

that are configured to work with System 6 products.

System 6 Kitchens have it covered.

following heights: 575, 720 and 900mm, your kitchen designers have a

wide choice in flexible design solutions.

Cabinet Construction

ImprovementsOver the last 18 months we have continued to develop our cabinet and have made several improvements to ensure that our cabinets are of the

highest quality possible and stand the test of time. The following are improvements that we have made, whilst maintaining our competitive pricing.

Aluminium Front Rail

The addition of these rails increases the strength of these units

allowing greater load on the unit, giving you even more freedom

when it comes to kitchen planning.

Fitted as standard on sink base units and under oven housing units

in widths: 500 / 600 / 800 / 900 / 1000mm, the addition of this rail

increases the strength of our System 6 carcases

Flat Sided Drawer Box

We have replaced our standard tandem drawer boxes with a flat sided

drawer box that increases the storage capacity of each drawer. This

change is not only practical but in keeping with the most popular

trends in kitchen design and is available without additional cost.

Saftey Lock Wall Hangers

We have made improvements to our wall hanger that lock the units in place to prevent accidental detachment.

We see this as a step forward in safety and this positive fixing ensures that wall units are fixed securely in place

without movement.

Corner Post Options

Due to popular demand we have reviewed and improved the options we offer when ordering a corner unit. Depending on budget we offer a

solution for all scenarios, whether a contract kitchen to a fully bespoke inframe project. Sometimes the manufacturer corner post will not allow

sufficient clearance or isn’t flexible enough when you are looking to fill additional space in your corner unit.

Manufacturers Corner Post – When ordering a manufacturers corner post, be sure to check that the clearance offered by this is sufficient for your

design. If you require additional clearance then please consider one of the following options:

Carcase Match – when working in matching carcase materials you can be assured that your corner posts will blend in perfectly with your kitchen,

many of our carcase matches offer a match good enough to be used alongside door and drawer fronts. This is supplied as standard on corner

units.

Door Style Plinth Match – using plinth can reduce costs and allow up to 2 corner units to have custom coloured part blank panels that are

150mm wide, giving additional clearance. To order add the code for the door style plinth, also add the code 1x 150BP per corner unit and add

the instruction item 150RET. This will ensure that the offcut is included to be used as a return.

150mm door – Using a 150mm door can allow a perfect match both in colour, profile and thickness; allowing the best possible blend when you

are looking for the ultimate finish. If using a 150mm door then you will need use the code: 1 x 150BP and order 2 x 715mm (h) x145mm (w) per corner unit, with one being used on the blank panel and the other being used on the return.

Non standard unit sizes

Non standard units are simply based on a standard unit but with a height, width and/or depth change. When reducing/increasing one or more

dimensions we will use the next size up to create your tailor made unit and apply the necessary special charge per dimension change. Please also

note that when increasing sizes a material charge will also be applicable.

Wall units are 300mm depth as standard but are available in 350mm depth by using a suffix of 350

SW60D had 2 x 300 wide doors. The SW 70 34 has a 300 wide door on the left and a 400 wide door on

the right. The SW 70 43 has a 400 wide door on the left and a 300 wide door on the right.

MW60D had 2 x 300 wide doors. The SW 70 34 has a 300 wide door on the left and a 400 wide door on

right.

The TW 70 43 has a 400 wide door on the left & a 300 wide door on the right. The TW 90 45 has a 400 wide

door on the left & a 500 wide door on the right. The TW 90 54 has a 500 wide door on the left and a 400

wide door on the right.

Extra deep wall units are now available at no extra cost . Simply add a

suffix of -350 (for example MW30 becomes MW30-350).

Please be aware that this will effect corner unit dimensions (for example

LSCM60-350 will have an external width/depth of 650mm).

to suit the carcase and one to suit the cornice/pelmet mouldings. Please note - When using square doors on a diagonal wall unit please allow at least

20mm either side for fillers to allow the door to open easily. Please order fillers separately.

The majority of our trade customers are working with Bosch, Neff,

Siemens or Caple appliances.

For those customers not using the above mentioned brands we have

the multi-purpose unit range which enables you to create a perfectly

fitted appliance using the fillers and fronts supplied.

If none of these options suits your application you can opt for one

of our universal housing units. These are supplied in flat-pack form

and comprise of two sides (grooved for backs) and depending on

the height, several shelves/tops/bottoms & backs. You can also add

additional shelves and drawers to your order.

All housing units, regardless of height or width have the same service

voids, 47mm behind the lower cavity and 107mm for the upper

cavity. This section details the multi-purpose range which enables

you to create a perfectly fitted appliance using the fillers and fronts

supplied.

Short Housing Units are 1820mm high x 600mm wide x 560mm deep.

These elevations detail the maximum aperture together with the loose supplied filler panels.

SMALL PRINT

DELIVERY DETAILS

Once an order has been placed you will receive via fax or e-mail,

a confirmation of your quote. Providing you are satisfied with the

confirmation we require you to sign and return the quote to us.

Orders will not be processed until we have received your signed

and dated quotation.

Delivery on standard items is generally 15 working days from

receipt of a signed quote. Certain ranges can be obtained before

the 15 day lead time, depending on the door supplier, and equally

some ranges take longer (e.g. painted/bespoke doors and non

standard carcass colours).

Free Delivery is provided on all orders/combined orders (over

£750) delivered to the same invoicing address on the same date.

Site deliveries are available at additional cost. Please contact us on

01392 255150 for details.

Health and Safety Regulations prohibit our drivers from unloading

without assistance. We would therefore request that you provide

adequate assistance during deliveries. We reserve the right to refuse

delivery if the appropriate assistance is not supplied.

Note: Our usual method of delivery uses a 7.5 tonne box lorry.

We reserve the right to refuse to deliver where access is likely to

cause damage to our vehicles. Providing prior notice is given to

us it may be possible (subject to an additional charge) to deliver

products in a smaller vehicle.

Overnight deliveries are priced according to weight/urgency

(consult sales office for rates). Our cut off time for next day deliveries

is midday.

TRADING TERMS

Credit accounts are issued on the completion of satisfactory credit

and trading checks and are also subject to a minimum monthly

turnover. Prior to fulfilling these criteria all trading accounts will be

Pro-Forma.

Pro-Forma accounts are payable by credit/debit card or cheque.

Credit card payments are subject to 2.5% surcharge. All cheque

payments will need to be cleared in advance of delivery.

Note: With Pro-Forma accounts our lead time starts when the

order acknowledgement has been signed and payment has been

received/cleared.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Returning unwanted items to us is straightforward. Simply ring the

office on 01392 255150 and a member of the team will raise the

necessary paperwork for you. Attach to the items being returned

and our drivers will collect from you when they are next in the area.

All unwanted items are returned to stock at a charge of 50%

Carcasses and extended delivery/painted items are excluded from

our returns policy. We are unable to accept any doors drilled for

handles and drivers will not be able to collect any returns without

the correct paperwork.

For the replacement of damaged or faulty items we must be

notified, by fax or e-mail, within 3 working days of delivery to

you. Upon receipt of your replacement request we will send you

a returns note. This note needs to be attached to the faulty items

awaiting collection.

The replacement items will be invoiced and then credited upon

return provided the following criteria are met:

• The damage or fault has been reported within the timescale

noted above.

• Door(s) have not been drilled for handles

• The damage is confirmed to have been caused prior to, or

during, delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any goods delivered to a store/warehouse must

be unwrapped and checked before being forwarded to a third

party. We will not accept liability for any goods damaged by other

carriers.

We will not credit replacement doors that have been rejected due

to minor colour imbalances.

Any requests for amendments to quotes/orders have to be in

writing. Changes made verbally must be backed up with written

confirmation within 24 hours. We reserve the right to apply

additional charges to orders amended after confirmation.

American Express cards are not accepted. Credit card payments are

subject to a 2.5% surcharge.

Incorrectly ordered carcasses will not be accepted for return.
