Leave Policy Holidays: The list of holidays will be decided by the management of

company and will be declared to the employees at every year end.

Leaves: As an employee of company you will be eligible for 18 days’ annual leave i.e. 1.5 leaves per month, accumulation allowed up to Three years. An Employee can claim for the leave by filling Leave application form atleast before 2 days from the leave date and only after the immediate supervisor approves the leave, employee leaves are granted. One’s the leave is granted the HR department must be informed about the same.

Maternity leave (ML) : Women employees are eligible to get the benefit of 90 days paid Maternity leave. The applicant has to get the approval from the reporting head and has to inform to HR department.

• Attendance: The Company has kept a register to mention In-Out time get your attendance record. You need to strictly maintain the Work schedule assigned to you.

• Work Schedule: Synoverge Technologies workweek schedule is from Monday to Friday 9:15 am to 7:00 pm.

• You will get 1 hour refreshment break which includes Lunch and two tea breaks.

• Employee has to complete 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

The performance review is done yearly in the organization .

How do we Access You ? The promotions in the organization are usually governed by the following factors: How well an employee performed in his / her present job. How much potential an employee has for future

responsibilities. How much additional knowledge he / she have acquired for

• Employee can refer his/her friends /relatives for any vacancy prevailing in Synoverge Technologies. If referred candidate is selected and completes 3 months in Synoverge Technologies then the employee who referred the candidate will be eligible to receive Rs. 5000/- as referral amount. This amount will be one time payment for one candidate.

• Employee is eligible to get the reimbursements if any expenses done on behalf of company. On attaching the supporting documents like bills / tickets/ boarding passes along with the respective forms, the reimbursement will be done by the accounts department.

Dress Code and Language The employees should to come to Office dressed in

appropriate professional attire . Monday to Thursday should be business formals or semi-formals and Friday can be business casuals.

Employees are expected to communicate professionally in the company premises. The communication should be done in English. All the employees are expected to have utmost somberness in their oral or written communication.

• Employees have also the provision of receiving calls on the Office Phone, subject to the condition that the work doesn’t get hampered. Mobile phones should be kept in Vibration or minimum ringer mode. Unless unavoidable, prolonged conversation over cell phones should be refrained.

• While the Internet is a great resource for our organization, it is the responsibility of each employee to use this resource responsibly and respectfully.

the HR department all cost bear by the company.
