Linage Group Limited started off as a sole proprietor business
(Vincere Enterprise) in 2013 in Nairobi, Kenya with the sole
purpose of driving Real Estate Investments, Sales, Advisory services
and offer efficient and value added Property Management Services.
Currently we participate as principals in all acquisitions,
dispositions, development and investment.
In the long term our plan is to structure a partnership with
likeminded investors and individuals with the aim of increasing our
investment property portfolio that will guarantee lucrative returns
to our business partners.

We provide a holistic service from marketing of vacant space,
advertising, contract administration, rent collection and continuous
care and maintenance.
Below is a breakdown of the services we offer:
Administration
* Advertising of vacant premises * Credit checks, reference confirmation and screening of tenants. * Preparation of lease agreements * Collection of deposits and ancillary costs. * Monthly rental collection & statements. * Reviewing and renewal of leases. * Property inspections. * Tenant Deposit trust.
Maintenance
* Building inspections and proposal for maintenance costs. * General maintenance through contractors. * Engagement or discharge of cleaners and / or caretakers. * Reading and billing of electrical / water sub meters.
Value Added Services
* Legal action on defaulting tenants on behalf of client. * On site security at premises. * Insurance broking. * Residential Property Management. * Sales of commercial and Industrial properties.
Financial Management
* Monthly rentals and recoveries. * Apportionment of Municipal charges and recoveries thereof. * Credit control measures. * Rent roll and Statements. * Income and Expenditure accounts. * Electronic payment to clients’ bank account. * VAT returns. * Payment of client accounts. * Payment of wages / salaries / levies * Monthly report on status of property ( optional )

Environmental Sustainability
Linage Group Limited is continually searching for ways to
reduce the environmental footprint, without compromising
service delivery.
Our Environmental Policy provides a systematic approach for
environmental management across the business, having regard
to sustainability, preventing pollution and continual
improvement in environmental performance through basic
acts such as our direct participation in trees planting activities.
Specifically, we aim to minimize any impact on the environment by:
• Promoting environmental awareness and providing the
resources and information amongst suppliers,
contractors, clients and partners to improve
environmental management of resources.
• Using our natural resources efficiently including
minimizing, reusing and recycling waste to the extent
practicable.

Group Ltd. and the associated Vincere Enterprise. His

management, arranging project financing, government
relations, negotiations, property sales and
administration, finance structuring, marketing and

Vincent is currently an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management at
the Moi University, specializing in Marketing.

Bernard Nyamboga is the Administration and Sales Executive at Linage Group Ltd. His roles
include: Rent roll management, maintenance supervisor and daily operations, client liaisons,
marketing and listings, construction projects manager, and account keeping and administration.
Bernard is a graduate from the Gusii Institute of Science and Technology qualifying with a
Diploma in Building Technology.
