Lnh o l mt hot ng xut hin t khi x hi loi ngi hnh thnh v l mt trong nhng nhn t ng vai tr quyt nh trong s pht trin ca x hi loi ngi, cc t chc. Thng qua vic tho lun nhng hiu bit ca nhn loi v s pht trin l lun v thc tin lnh o cho php xem xt v nh gi cc l thuyt lnh o khc nhau, t chim nghim v phn nh nhng thc tin ca ngi hc c th p dng vo trong thc tin v nng cao hiu qu ca lnh o. Nhng tho lun ci m v lnh o trn phng din l thuyt v thc tin cn gip cho ngi hc pht trin cc k nng ct yu ca lnh o trong mi trng hin i l hnh thnh tm nhn, truyn t tm nhn n cc thnh vin trong t chc, to ra kh nng, iu kin thun li t c tm nhn chung.
5. Mc tiu ca hc phn
Sau khi hc xong hc phn ny, nhng ngi tham gia s c kh nng tt hn trong:
Tho lun nhng khi nim v lnh o v pht trin nhng khi nim lnh o ca chnh bn thn mnh.
Nhn ra nhng l thuyt v m hnh lnh o khc nhau, s ging v khc nhau ca chng, ng thi nh gi c bn thn trn c s cc m hnh lnh o ny.
Phn tch bi cnh ca lnh o theo cc quan nim, m hnh, v l thuyt l ph hp cho vic lnh o hiu qu.
