EVENT INFORMATION

What can I bring to the event?Please visit the Qudos Bank Arena website for all prohibited items including bag sizes, cameras and more.

We encourage a ‘less is best’ approach, so please consider limiting the size of your bag to a small clutch style bag/purse or aim to not bring onealtogether. Bags larger than 30cmW x 30cmH will NOT be permitted. Baggage sizers are available upon entry to verify the approved sizespermitted inside the Arena. Backpacks of any size will not be permitted.

ParkingThe closest car park to the Qudos Bank Arena is P1. Car parksat Sydney Olympic Park are open 24/7.Casual parking and pre-booking information can be found atthe Sydney Olympic Park website.

TrainsOlympic Park Station is located on Olympic Park Boulevard justa short 5 minute walk from Qudos Bank Arena.There may be disruptions to train lines. We suggest you visitthe Sydney Trains website for more information includingtimetables and available services.

BusesSydney Buses operate services to and from Sydney OlympicPark on a daily basis.Further information on bus timetables can be obtained byvisiting the Transport NSW website.

Where to pick up your ticketIf you chose to pick up your ticket rather than receive a digitalticket, you can do so at the box office near the main entrance.

Age restrictionsThis event is legally restricted to persons 15 years and over, unlessaccompanied by a parent or adult guardian of 18 years or overexercising parental control. Proof of age may be requested.

Where to enter the arenaPlease refer to the map for entry locations based on ticket types.

Where is the Premium Lounge?The Premium lounge is located on the 1st level – you can access from the Grand Foyer via the Grand Stairs or Lifts. There will be signs to guide you.

Where do I get my goodie bag?You can collect your goodie bag within the Premium Lounge. Please note that bags are available for pick-up between the hours of 12-7pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

WTF is the Scavenger hunt?Firstly, you’ll need to download our event app here (Android –iOS)! This is the official ESL App to keep up with all the exciting ESL esports action!

This hunt will win you an ESL Mystery pin and it’s incredibly simple! To participate all you need to is open up the app and go to the Scavenger tab. Once in, you’ll see a list of participating partner booths. You’ll need to visit them all and scan their QR code into the app. Complete all and collect your prize! It’s that simple!

Signing SessionsSigning sessions will take place in the venue throughout the weekend from Friday to Sunday.

For the first time ever, Overwatch Contenders Australia will be hosted live at Qudos Bank Arena at the 2019 Intel® Extreme Masters (IEM) Sydney.

In addition to professional gameplay, IEM will feature a wide array of activities at sponsor booths. Attendees will be able to immerse themselves in the latest PC gaming technology and titles. The Intel® Showcase will feature the latest 8th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 and Intel® Core™ i9 processors for gaming, VR and content creation

What’s going on?For the first time ever, Overwatch Contenders Australia will be hosted live at Qudos Bank Arena at the 2019 Intel® Extreme Masters (IEM) Sydney.

Over two electrifying days, the top four teams in the region will clash live for their share in a $100,000 USD prize pool. This season, the stakes have never been higher, with the winning team set to go on to battle the best in the region at the Overwatch Pacific Showdown in China later in May.

With a place in Overwatch Contenders history on the line, IEM attendees can expect two action-packed semi-final matches on Saturday, 4 May, before the final, epic conclusion to the season on Sunday, 5 May.
