LOWER LINK AND BEARINGS
Bearing pocket must be clean of oil or grease
Apply Loctite 609 or equivalent to DS bearing pockets
Bearing race must be clean of oil or grease
It is best to use alcohol to clean bearings, bearing pockets, and threads to ensure no oil or grease is on any of the surfaces during the assembly process
Use a toothpick to spread the Loctite to coat bearing pocket

Use enough Loctite to cover surface until wet
Do not put loctite on bolt threads
Use a toothpick to spread the Loctite to coat threads
Press bearings into link
Use Loctite 243 on threads in front triangle (both sides)
Install lower link DS Bolt and torque to 35Nm

13Use a toothpic to spread Loctite 609 or equivalent to NDS bearing pockets.
Check Motion of link to ensure free movement
Install lower link with arrow on NDS facing forward and torque to 35Nm

UPPER LINK HARDWARE AND BEARINGS
Apply Loctite 609 or equivalentto DS bearing pocket only
Use enough Loctite to cover surface until wet
Use a toothpick to spread the Loctite to coat bearing
Install bearing on DS only

Before installation clean oil and grease off of bearings and link.

Apply Loctite 243 to upper mount threads
Install bolt in DS and torque to 35Nm
Use a toothpick to spread the Loctite to coat threads
Check motion of link to ensure free movement

CLEVIS HARDWARE AND BEARINGS
Use a toothpick to spread the Loctite to coat bearing
Press bearings into lower link
Apply Loctite 609 or equivalent to bearing pockets
Use enough Loctite to cover surface until wet
Use Loctite 243 on threads

Use a toothpick to spread the Loctite to coat threads
Install clevis with threaded side up
Install shock spacer to assist bolt torque
Apply enough Loctite to cover threads as shown
Install bolts
Torque bolts to 35Nm

Apply Loctite 609 or equivalentto RT bearing pockets
Use enough Loctite to cover surface until wet
Use Loctite 243 on RT threads
Use a toothpick to spread the Loctite to coat bearing
Install bearings
Use a toothpick to spread the Loctite to coat threads

Apply enough Loctite to cover threads as shown
Apply loctite 609 or equivalent to NDS bearing pocket
Check full motion and install shock or re-install shock spacer.
Install DS bolt and torque to 35Nm
Install NDS bearing and bolt and torque to 35Nm
