Why Choose Swan?
There are almost three decades worth of reasons to study with Swan! You can trust our almost 30 years of experience and international expertise and our combination of traditional and high-tech, innovative teaching methods. Ireland is an ideal place to study English because the English spoken here is clear and easy to understand.

Here at Swan, we know that students learn better in a stimulating and supportive environment, so we ensure that the classes are fun and engaging. Our junior students come from Europe, South America, Russia, the Middle East and Asia, so you will enjoy the company of an exciting and diverse mix of nationalities. Courses take place in two locations: our year-round Mini-Stay courses are held in the heart of Dublin city centre, and our Junior International Summer Programme is run in St. Patrick’s College, a historic campus with modern facilities in Drumcondra, a safe, leafy suburb of Dublin. The complete package includes the option of airport transfers from Dublin International Airport, host family (or on-campus residential accommodation during July and August) and an exciting activity programme.
CHILL OUT IN A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!
It’s important to us that our students are really happy with their accommodation. Friendly and experienced, our host families are all native English speakers. You can choose a single or shared room, with either half or full-board. We regularly inspect our host families’ homes to ensure our high standards are being kept.
“My host family were great, I’ll never forget them.”

We know how to make learning English enjoyable for our younger students. How? Because we ask them! As a Junior Mini-Stay student, you will help to create the weekly lesson programme around your own interests. Every day, guided by a general topic, you get to practise your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in a fun, energetic and welcoming environment. All teachers are experienced native English speakers and they will help you gain more confidence to use English outside the classroom.
