    3 Basics of Computer GraphicsBasic commands to draw 2-D objects like line, circle, arc, ellipse,Polygon etc., Edit and Modify commands: Erase, Extension, break,fillet, chamfer, trim, scale, hatching etc, Dimensioning and textcommands

    4 3D ModelingSketch based features extrude, revolve, sweep, variable sectionsweep, loft. Add, subtract, intersection. Use of part library threads,tapped, hole, ribs, nut, bolts etc. Datum planes, points, curves etcparent child relationship. Modifying commands fillet, Chamfer,array, copy, mirror etc. Design tables.Surface modeling technique: Tabulated surface, revolved surface,swept surface, lofted surface, edge defined surface, Multi section

    sweep and variable section sweep.

    5 Assembly & Detailing: Assembly top down and bottom upapproach, constraints, mate, align, joints. Details generating,views, sectional view, orthographic view, isometric view, isometricdimensioning view, adding dimensional and geometric tolerances,Creating BOM.
