EQUIPMENT: The intermediate size 4-Door 4 x 2 utility vehicle shall be equipped with all standard equipment as specified by the manufacturer for this model, and shall comply with all EPA Emission Standards and all Motor Vehicle Safety Standards as established by the U.S. Department of Transportation regarding the manufacture of motor vehicles.
