PREFABRICATED MODULAR CONSTRUCTIONDIRTT (Doing It Right This Time) is open to more function and more customization than any other product in the industry, giving designers virtually unlimited freedom. The patented DIRTT elements allow work surfaces, overheads, displays, and any other object to be mounted seamlessly, without damage. DIRTT supports legacy and new furniture, is reconfigurable, and easily refinished to suit future needs.

At DIRTT’s core is a set of robust interface elementsthat support reconfiguration, extreme levels of customization, and distributed manufacturing. DIRTT’s solutions include DIRTT Walls, DIRTT Millwork, DIRTT Power and DIRTT Networks, along with cutting-edge ICE® technology, and ICEberg®, a powerful prefabricated vs.

traditional construction cost-comparison tool.

To create a fully agile space, DIRTT offers modular plug-and-play power and data. DIRTT Power and DIRTT Networks integrate directly into DIRTT Walls. This provides control over the part of the office that changes the most, without the need to bring in expensive trades or dispose of wire and cables every time there is a move, add or change.

PROPRIETARY ICE® SOFTWAREDIRTT uses sophisticated technology to go from design to real-time 3D to specifications to the production floor. The result is an efficient, environmentally friendly way to create customizable, sustainable, prefabricated architectural interiors. Our customers in the corporate, government,

SUSTAINABILITY NEVER LOOKED SO GOODStewardship of the world’s limited resources means being good global citizens in everything we do. We’re proud to have Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professionals who specialize in green building design. We continually research and recommend sustainable materials and techniques to help our customers and the earth.

DIRTT’s manufacturing facilities are in Phoenix, Savannah, Kelowna and Calgary. DIRTT’s teams support more than 100 sales distribution partners throughout North America, the Middle East and Asia. For more information please visit laneoffice.com.

“WE ALL NEED TO CHANGE BEHAVIORS TO DECREASE OUR IMPACT, BUT YOU CAN’T CHANGE BEHAVIORS UNLESS YOU MEASURE THEM FIRST. DIRTT HAS NOW MEASURED OURS AND WE’RE READY TO SEIZE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REDUCE OUR IMPACT.” -Scott Jenkins, DIRTT President

education and healthcare sectors benefit from DIRTT’s precise design and costing; rapid lead times with the highest levels of customization and flexibility; and faster, cleaner construction. As the exclusive NYC partner for DIRTT, Lane is dedicated to helping clients build better.

Conventional workspace design and construction follows the 70/30 rule: 70% of the cost of conventional construction comes from labor, while 30% remains for materials. By using DIRTT’s proprietary ICE® software, Lane turns that equation around. Customers receive the benefit of higher-quality materials and a significant reduction in on-site labor, making prefabricated interiors flexible, sustainable and efficient.
