world class standards. We promote
responsible consumption of supplies and
services, aligned with our environmentally

processes behind their acquisition. During the declared periods, we
carried out, with the participation of some of our clients, the
following activities:
In 2016, the "Cold Campaign in KUNA Stores" was carried out. It was
possible to send a signicant donation to the inhabitants of the
most vulnerable areas aected in addition to the traditional annual
campaign in the cold season, where an alpaca blanket was donated
for a pre-established purchase amount; hand-in-hand with
CÁRITAS (ocial Confederation of entities of charitable and social
action of the Catholic Church of Arequipa).
In the 2017 period, we launched the Fashion Revolution Campaign,
an initiative that allows us to publicize the eort that the company
made to provide fair and dignied working conditions for its
employees.
SUPPLIERS
At Incalpaca, one of our objectives is to
involve our suppliers in the socially
responsible management we have been
involved in.
In 2017, we were the rst company in the
Southern Region to join the Corporate Sustainability and
Accountability Program for Corporate Competitiveness (CSRCB)
created by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and funded by the
State Secretariat for Economic Aairs of the Swiss State (SECO).
Consequently, in the year 2018, the CSRCB Program was developed
with Incalpaca's small and medium-sized suppliers, along with
HumanizaRSE - Acción Sostenible (GRI's implementing partner)
with whom its rst virtual sustainability report is being worked on.
Participating Clusters are: Logistics, Transportation, Textile, and
Chemical Workshops.
COMMUNITY
At Incalpaca we get involved with our interest group - Community, developing dierent activities
and/or programs with the aim of promoting well-being and a better lifestyle in our areas of
inuence.
Ecological Marathon: 300 employees of the company
participated in the marathon, so that in both periods, as a reward
for their participation, we obtained seedlings, which were
planted later.
Christmas party for low-income children: Every year the
company holds a Christmas party for children from the most
vulnerable areas of Arequipa. 1300 children are attended,
coming from remote and peripheral districts of the city; we give
them breakfast, a child show, snacks and a gift.
One Single Force Campaign: In solidarity with those aected by
the phenomenon of El Niño Southern Oscillation, funds were
raised to support them with dierent provisions.
ENVIRONMENT
At Incalpaca we recognize the importance of our environmental interaction, seeking to manage
the possible impacts through a solid Social Responsibility, Health, Safety, and Environmental
Policy that results in practices that go beyond legal compliance.
One of the impacts that the company seeks to eciently manage are the emissions of polluting
gases, so that at the level of primary fuel, we changed from Residual 500 to Liqueed Petroleum
Gas (LPG), and later we moved to Natural Gas, being the rst company in the South of Peru to have a "Virtual Pipeline".
