Sustainability from an Operational Perspective- A practical Approach
Organisations around the world, and their stakeholders are becoming increasingly aware of
the need for socially responsible behaviour. An organisation's performance in relation to
the society in which it operates and its impact on the environment has become an integral
part of measuring its overall performance and its business continuity.
The rise in environmental, social crisis coupled with progressive global commitments has
led to bringing sustainability into the mainstream. Financial institutions as well as
stakeholders are becoming interested in the sustainability issues faced by organizations
and are insisting on disclosing ESG related information.
Understanding and defining the Sustainability KPIs has become a major challenge for the
middle level management professionals in process industries. This course aims to throw
