With the search bar containing only my name, the results go to Austin Stevens, a snake

master who had his own television show. When I leverage my hometown of Camas,

Washington, the results do not focus on my social media presence (which is minimal),

but rather my baseball history. I want to steer away from that.

I relate to my peers as I value organization, I maintain the skill of writing, and I am

passionate about helping others. These are generic concepts to relate, but they build a

strong foundation to build my unique skillset upon.

I am unique by my work-ethic, creativity, interest in collaboration, and my skills in

AutoCAD drafting. I am also unique as I value confidence, success, perseverance,

innovation, teamwork, organization, family, and health. My passions are what truly make

me unique, as I aspire to play a major role in the growth of sustainable architecture, being

a creator on YouTube, being able to combine architecture and with marketing, building

my social media presence, helping others (especially through giving back), traveling, and

ultimately helping the environment.

I do have goals to improve my appearance and presence online. I almost hide under a

shell online due to my indecision and lack of confidence. These negativities are going

away as my confidence builds in my unique attributes, but I need to own who I am and

run with what I want to do. Once I improve my abilities and learn to do what I want, then

I will be able to follow whatever I want to do. I feel that being interested in architecture

and marketing will allow for me to differentiate myself, the only difficulty will be

findings a way to specify this in a way that is clear and affective amongst my followers

and viewers.

My goals in terms of changing who I am online are to first off establish what I want to be.

In my small presence, I strictly limit "Austin Stevens" to a retired baseball player. I do

not believe anybody in the field of architecture or marketing is looking to strike out on a

former baseball player who does not know how to set up his social media outlets... So, I

need to learn how to show the world who I want to be! A major part of this is to make

sure nothing is holding me back. A major roadblock I am currently facing is pursuing a

presence on YouTube. I have aspired to be on YouTube for over a year now but have not

pushed myself due to lack of confidence and discomfort. All I need to do is turn the

camera on, film a video, them promote it using social media outlets. But I have not

allowed for myself to be who I really want to be because I worry about what other things.

So, the major roadblock to overcome that will open up the flood gates of my creative

mind will be to be careless of what others think (to an extent).
