I am not necessarily interested in national tournaments, but because of all the USTA leagues, there are practically no sanctioned tournaments left for age groups. There is no other place for a 70+ to play singles!

Top 4 seeded players should be placed to the quarters. This unseeded players have a chance of 2 or more rounds in the main draw. They do a similiar draw for the ATP and WTA tournaments sometimes.
