• 49 respondents, mostly project managers and research administrators

share them with us.• Not all the researchers should be eligible for motivation / support. It

should be only those active in the topics of the highest interest for the

institution / government.

• Other ways to support projects: project management software, tools to

communicate instead of Skype, shared data spaces instead of Google

docs.

• Our institution tried several support measures. The one which worked

the best was access to professional proposal set-up advice.
