• Extra budget for research for the coordinator’s team.

18. If you have any additional comments regarding the topic, please do not hesitate to

share them with us.• Not all the researchers should be eligible for motivation / support. It

should be only those active in the topics of the highest interest for the

institution / government.

• Other ways to support projects: project management software, tools to

communicate instead of Skype, shared data spaces instead of Google

docs.

• Our institution tried several support measures. The one which worked

the best was access to professional proposal set-up advice.
