Ifthat introduction is through a broker, solicitor, insurance, company, Estate Agent etc with more than 50.%of its assets owned bythe lender, then the introduction is from within the “group”Similarly, if the borrower is an existing customer of the lender, this will be “group”, or if the borrower is a new customer, butcomes without an introduction from a third party, this will also be“group”.

“Non group” introductions will be from a broker, solicitor, insurance company, Estate Agent etc with 50;! or less of its assetsowned by the lender.
