Client Description:

NLMCT (Netherland Multi Client) is a project, which comprises of clients from Netherland and Sweden respectively. Here in this project we have 13 Clients of diverse nature. Ranging from manufacturing to trading business. Support to these clients is provided by dedicated groups.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Application life cycle Monitoring (7.0). Monitoring & Alerting infrastructure (7.1). Monitored and maintained Table space using BRTOOLS. Performed Daily SAP system health checks. Scheduling and monitoring back ground jobs. Checking ABAP systems Dumps. Applying support packages through SPAM. Applying SAP Notes using SNOTE. CCMS alert configuration. RZ20 and RZ21 Systems stop and start. Resolving File system issues- usr/sap, Var/spool . Checking the availability of the system of both java and abap. Restart of the agents—Sapccm4x, Sapccmsr, Ccmsping , OS collector, gateway and SMD

agents. Creation of RFC Connection using SM59. Applying monitoring pause in solution manager 7.0 & & 7.1. Creating a user, unlock/lock a user.

Monitoring the lock entries and Monitoring of exclusive locks and dead locks as well as failed updates.

Oracle (Database) and OS (Linux) :
