Supreme’s Newest Technology

Ultimate Flow Iron is a new product line that will resembl conventional temporary

flow iron (Chiksan®) and have all of the same components (valves, swings, tees etc.).

Ultimate Flow Iron will perform the same as any other conventional tempo-

rary flow line product, except for one MAJOR difference; the temporary connections

are fully assembled and rigged down without the use of any tools, thus eliminating

the hazards associated with swinging hammers to make up and break out

connections.

SPMW Manifold

Supreme Services “SPMW” Single Pad Multi-Well Manifold offers time saving,

safe operations while delivering pumping efficiencies when stimulating

multiple wells on a single pad. The “SPMW” manifold is a manual and

hydraulic, remote operated, stimulation manifold that is designed to safely

isolate each well while allowing simultaneous operations, such as running

wireline tools, pumping down perforating guns, flowback operations, all while

the next well is being stimulated.

•Can be used on pads with 2-6 wells (modifications for more wells are

available)

•Can handle pump rates up to 100bbl/min

The Sand Dehydration Station (SDS) is an intricate part of the flow-

back system that is primarily used to contain sand and filter flu-

ids. The sand and fluids flow into the station’s gas buster to safely

ventilate volitile organic compounds. The fluids flow through the 150

micron filteration system, then are transfered to the designated

freshwater reservoir. The sand is contained within the systems tank

for the dehydration process. The sand profile is then tested and

hauled to a disposal location. The SDS is designed to be economical
