How to Subscribe to Podcasts: A way to Fix Poor Quality Playback

Procedure

One of the most common issues that we receive from the users of Panopto is that the recordings look blocky or blurry or that they can't read the print. Often this happens because you're connecting from a network that doesn't offer good enough speed to be able to watch the streaming videos live.

Step Action

1. One of the ways to overcome this is to subscribe to the podcast for your class. These podcast recordings get downloaded to your computer. They are high quality videos that you can watch at your convenience without a network connection.
