The Supported Living Market (UK)

It is a business where the service user (client) is supported to live in the way they want. This can be regulated under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 or unregulated so long as the provider does not do any personal care activities, or any activities deemed regulated as stated in the act.

Unregulated Activities:• Unregulated providers do not undertake

personal care tasks in the person’s own home . They are not registered with the Care Quality Commission and therefore are not inspected .

The deposit is invoiced and paid before we start the project. The second instalment is payable one calendar month after the deposit is paid. The third instalment is payable two months after the deposit is paid and the final instalment is payable three months after the deposit is paid. The dates for the instalments usually correspond to specific points throughout the project so please ensure the payments are made on time to avoid any delays.
