days a week; services take place in student’s home, library or school site when available. Our
mode of instruction is 1-to-1 or Small group—up to 5 students per group, parents’ choice. All
students involved in our SES programs show an average increase of 10%-25% percentage
points from pretest to posttest, which can translate to a 1-2 letter grade of improvement in
areas associated in Mathematics and Language Arts. We serve special needs children and

your needs. Our educators work with children with learning disabilities (IEP plans) as well as gifted
students. We teach study-skills and organizational skills needed to improve grades. Tutoring is 1 to1 or
in a small group and can be done in the student’s home, library, or any other public location.

The Cesar Chavez Foundation has been tutoring for more than 8 years and serves students from K-9th
grade. We tutor students in Mathematics and English Language Arts. Our tutoring is scheduled from 1
