Friday the 13th is the most popular superstition in America.

People think that on Friday the 13th bad things happen.

People say it’s very bad to start something new (for example: a new boyfriend/girlfriend, marriage, school, club).

If a black cat walks in front of you, then you will have bad luck.

If you break a mirror, then you’ll have bad luck for 7 years!

If you do it, then you will have bad luck.

If you walk under a ladder, then bad thingswill happen to you.

Page 8: Superstitions

If you spill salt, then you should throw some over your left shoulder. If you do, then the bad luck will go away.

If your necklace is backwards, then someone is thinking about you in a good way.

If your ears feel hot, then someone is talking about you.
