L’azienda conta su 35 dipendenti e occupa un’area di 12.000 metri quadrati (5.000 deiquali coperti) che includono laboratori, sale per dimostrazioni e seminari, ed un magazzino

per il materiale usato o per dimostrazioni.Il nostro magazzino principale è gestito da una logistica esterna connessa a livello infor-

matico che ci permette di spedire il materiale 365 giorni all’anno.

We employ 35 persons and the area of our offices is 12.000 square meters (5.000 ofwhich covered) including technical laboratories, show rooms, second hand, demo and

special products warehouses. An external logistic company manage our stocks in a largewarehouse nearby us. They are connected to our offices through the computer systems

and take care of the shipments of the goods, they are active 365 days a year.

Sin dal principio abbiamo puntato fortemente sul supporto al cliente pre e post vendita. Il continuo investimento in questa direzione ci permette oggi di proporci come loro con-

sulenti essendo in grado di fornire progetti, simulazioni e dimostrazioni realizzate seguendole specifiche necessità.

Siamo inoltre in grado, se necessario, di proporci come integratori di sistemi.

Since our beginning we have made a big point in the technical support to our customersbefore and after the sale. Our investment in this direction is growing every year and we

are in the position of being able to act as consultant for our customers and to createprojects, simulations and demos tailored to their needs, we are also investing in the

direction of being able to act as system integrators if this is required.

Ci avvaliamo di un centro assistenza e riparazioni interno di prim’ordine che dispone diuna rete di cinque partner dislocati sul territorio. Il nostro laboratorio interno è in grado di

realizzare sistemi e prodotti ad hoc per realizzazioni particolari.

We rely on a premium service company with a network of five partners for maintenanceand repairing. Our internal lab is capable of creating custom systems and products for

specific applications.
