SUNY Cortland Fall Open House: November 11, 2021 Important COVID-19 Information Face coverings SUNY Cortland’s campus policy requires face coverings to be worn in all indoor settings, regardless of vaccination status, and outdoor events such as Open House. Student Life Center Unvaccinated individuals are not permitted in the activity area of the Student Life Center where the Academic Programs and Student Services Fair takes place. Residence halls Residence hall room set-ups will be hosted in larger spaces that allow for distancing. Due to campus living policies, off-campus visitors will not enter residence halls. Academic Programs and Student Services Fair 9 - 11:30 a.m. Academic Programs and Student Services Fair | Student Life Center, Three-Court Gymnasium ** Professors from academic departments will discuss the unique opportunities that exist within their majors, minors and concentrations. Staff members from various student service offices also will answer questions. Packaged snacks will be available, but food and beverage should not be consumed in the Student Life Center. ** COVID-19 vaccination required Presentations 9:30, 10:30 Admissions and Financial Aid Presentation | Student Life Center, Multi-Activity Court (MAC) and 11:30 a.m. Review the application process, timeline and admissions criteria. 9:30, 10:30 Athletics Presentation | Lusk Field House and 11:30 a.m. Learn about Cortland’s storied NCAA Division III athletics program and life as a student-athlete. 10 and 11 a.m. Transfer Admissions/Credit Evaluation | Student Life Center, Room 1104 Gain insight specific for transfer students and more information on the transfer credit evaluation process. Residence Hall Room Set-up 9 a.m. - Noon Corey Union, Exhibition Lounge Old Main, Brown Auditorium Two different locations allow visitors to check out residence hall room dimensions and the set-up of campus living spaces.
