It is sure nice to see the sun shining again. If it keeps at it, we might eventually make it to true Spring like weather. It is nice to finally see the trees budding and the grass turning green. We can finally smell the fresh cut grass and the beautiful flowers as they bloom. Amongst all of this, we are surely reminded of the Wonder of God and the power of His pres- ence. We are truly a blessed people. Well, I have finally purchased the tickets for our trip to Ghana this Summer. Brent, Seth, Hannah, Nikki and I will be headed to Kumasi, Ghana to do the work of the Lord. We will be leaving May 15 th . While in Ghana, we look forward to preaching, teaching, study- ing with and encouraging the brethren while there. It is always a blessing and an encouragement to us to go and be with our breth- ren. Please keep our trip in your prayers, that we will have a safe and productive trip for the sake of God. It hard to believe we are already racing through April and before you know it our Annual Lectureship will be here. We are blessed to have our BIM Lectureship each year and this year will be no exception. Please make sure you mark your calendars for May 11-14. These will definitely be encouraging days and opportunities to grow in the Word of God. I hope you plan to be a part of this time of offering to God. Our Theme this year is “Biblical Doctrines.” Let’s please keep in prayer those of our number who continue to struggle with health issues. Let’s especially remember sister June Chorice as she continues try and get her health back to where it needs to be. We also have those who are taking Chemo treat- ments, as well as some facing surgeries or recovery from such. Prayer is a powerful privilege and opportunity for us as Christians. May we always take full advantage of it. I hope you have a great weekend, but remember that the Lord’s Day is the most important day of all. I hope you will be present to worship God and to give Him your very best, as we assemble before His throne. See you Sunday. God Bless! Ray Sullins
