THE KINDERBERRY HILL FAMILY FUN DISTRICT is a great place to enjoy food, music, activities for the kiddos and more!

(Ramsey Middle School lot)Programming from 10 to 5 p.m. Face painting, water wars, pony rides, inflatables, craft make ‘n takes, Spectrum Dance dance lessons and Kitchen Pantry Scientist demonstrations. Kids DJ and programming all day at the stage.

THE GRAND MARKET presented by All Energy Solar: will host a variety of local artists and makers between Hamline and Albert. There will be plenty for your eyes to feast on, with paintings, glass work, jewelry and much more. Grand Avenue, the Twin Cities and the surrounding regions are home to a wide and diverse community of artists and artisans. Grand Old Day brings together a unique sampling of them all. Come check out the Grand Market to support and admire our local artists.

THE ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT is located between Dale and Victoria.Festival Gardens are 21+

• Features 6 festival beer gardens witha variety of performers & alcoholicbeverages for sale.

• Stages are located at Dixie’s, Pier 1 Imports,Walgreens, Red Rabbit, Billy’s and US Bank.

• Performance times are Noon–7pm.

• Wristbands are available at booths nearthe entrance to festival gardens for $10.00.Festival gardens at Dixie’s, Red Rabbit andBilly’s are 21+, US Bank lot, minors must beaccompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Wristband is required for festival gardenentrance.

• One wristband will gain you admittanceinto every garden.

• After 7 p.m. wristbands will no longer besold and restaurants are to resume theirown carding if necessary. Last call is at6:45PM.

• Outdoor liquor/beer sales and music endat 5PM in US Bank, Pier 1 Imports andWalgreens festival gardens.

• Dixie’s, Red Rabbit and Billy’s will operateuntil 7 PM.

THE SPORTS & WELLNESS DISTRICT is located on Grand between Lexington Avenue and Syndicate. The Sporting & Wellness District is a great place to burn off a few of the mini donuts and cheese curds! Minnesota Wild, Minnesota United, Timberwolves and the Lynx will be visiting with mascots and fun activities for the whole family. Try to collect a selfie with every mascot! Don’t miss the exciting demonstration by iLoveKickboxing.

Grand Avenue is not just a shopping and dining destination, it is also home to some of the best healthcare and self-care services. On the Avenue you will find everything from spas and salons to chiropractors and dentists. While you’re walking the avenue at Grand Old Day, you can take a load off with a free massage when you visit with some of our local professionals.

FREE SHUTTLE • 9AM-7PMFree shuttle rides will be available to Grand Old Day guests along Summit Avenue. Shuttles will pick up at the University of St. Thomas parking lot at Grand & Cretin and will stop along Summit on the corners of Cambridge, Saratoga, Syndicate, Oxford, Victoria, and St. Albans. Expect to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle as Summit gets very congested during the event.

RecyclingHelp to reduce waste and increase recycling! There are 300 recycling containers available along Grand Avenue. Please recycle plastic bottles & cups, aluminum cans, and paper.

GETTING HERE / PARKINGGrand Old Day takes place along Grand Avenue from Dale to Wheeler. Guests are encouraged to carpool, walk, bike, and take public transportation.

Bus: Download a free ride pass from grandave.com courtesy of Metro Transit, valid for a regular route (bus or lightrail) to get to and from Grand Old Day. Plan your trip using a Metro Transit trip planner: metrotransit.org or 612-373-3333.

Bike: Free bike parking is available along the Avenue. Bring your own bike lock. There are also over 140 bike parking spaces installed along Grand Avenue for convenient bike parking all year long! Please refrain from biking or skateboarding through festival grounds.

Parking: Free parking is available in the University of St. Thomas parking ramp at Grand & Cretin. If you park on the street, be sure to closely read the signs for parking restrictions and permit parking areas. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

FESTIVAL BEER GARDEN WRISTBANDSFestival Beer Garden guests must be 21+ and purchase a wristband for $10 ($7 if purchased in advance). Wristband booths are located near the entrance to each festival garden. Your wristband gets you into all 6 festival gardens and stages during Grand Old Day.

PETSDue to the large crowds and high level of activity during Grand Old Day, pets are not allowed at this event. Please join us during Paws on Grand, the first Sunday in August - a day for pets to be pampered and celebrated all along Grand Avenue!

FIRST AID / LOST CHILDRENEMTs are located on Grand at Chatsworth, Albert and Cambridge. For immediate assistance, seek help from a police officer or Grand Old Day volunteer.
