On Friday, August 4 we will have a Farewell Event in English for Fr. Larry that will begin at 7:00 pm in the church. We will then move into the Great Hall for a reception. A message from the planning committee: Fr. Larry said that he is downsizing and he doesn’t need any more things. However, checks, Visa or Mastercard gift cards are also welcome. This will allow Father Larry the freedom to use your generous gifts for his future needs.

ACTS Men's RetreatEnglish Sept 14- 17 Spanish Sept - Oct 1
ACTS Retreats for Men will be September 14-17 in English and September 28-October 1 in Spanish. Online registrations begin today, Sunday July 16; go to our website www.stfoafrisco.org and click on the ACTS link. Information is also available in the Foyer of the Parish Center after each Mass this week-end. Register early because places fill up quickly. Registrations for the Women’s ACTS retreats in October will open on a date to be announced later.
Faith Formation Registration Registration 2017 - 2018 Online OnlyFaith Formation General registration - June 26: General registration is now open to registered parishioners of St. Francis and new parishioners who recently transferred in. Registration closes on July 28 at noon or when classes are full, whichever comes first. Registrations will not be accepted after that time.
The Faith Formation programs rely solely on volunteers to serve and teach the faith. We are still in need of a large number of volunteers. If you feel called to help in the Faith Formation Programs, please visit the Faith Formation page for more information. Meet your NEW Faith Formation Director, Melissa Ramirez!
We are very excited to announce that Melissa Ramirez has joined our growing staff as the new Director of Faith Formation.
She has garnered experience working with the youth as she previously left the Frisco ISD as a 3rd Grade teacher and Special Education Teacher. She also brings experience as a bilingual educational diagnostician and administration.
A St. Francis parishioner for over 6 years, Melissa has been involved in an array of ministries. From working with youth activities such as VBS, 2nd grade Faith Formation, MS Faith Formation and HS RISE, through other ministries such as ACTS, Eucharistic Ministry and a Sacristan.
She has been married to her husband Art for 20 years and have two children, Michael 19, and Bella 14. Please help us welcome her into her new position. We are joyed and looking forward to her serving our Church!
