Watch over your children, O Lord, as their days increase; bless and guide them wherever they may be. Strengthen them when they stand; comfort them when discouraged or sorrowful; raise them up if they fall; and in their heart may your peace which passes understanding abide all the days of their life; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

70 Strong is a new FREE resource that connects older adults in the area to a broad range of services and activities that can help make lives healthier, easier and more fun. People can connect on line, on the phone or in person via a home visit or location in the community, to resources such as fitness and social activities, transportation, volunteer opportunities, housing re-sources and special interests or hobbies. This program is already paid by taxes within the Sequoia Healthcare District and is therefore available to those who live in the Sequoia Healthcare District including family mem-bers, caregivers, even neighbors, who know or care for an older adult in the SHD, but do not know where to turn for resources and information about what is available to them.
