“I'm showing the individuals on the title of the home are: XX, is that correct?”

“Can you please con�rm that you have or will personally sign the Power Purchase Agreement for the property where the solar system will be installed?”

“I’m sure that 'Sales Rep name' has told you, but you are not purchasing or leasing any of this equipment, which is great because it means we maintain all of the equipment for you over the 20-year life of the agreement so you never have to worry about it! Are you aware that the agreement length is for 20 years?”

“Do you understand that you will not pay anything until your system is switched on and producing solar electricity?”

“It looks like 'Sales Rep name' was able to get your rate for this Power Purchase Agreement all the way down to (X rate) per Kilowatt-Hour. Are you aware of this price?”

“I’m sure you’re familiar with energy cost increases, but the great news is that we put a cap on it each year!

The agreement you’re signing has an annual escalator of (X%), which means that every year the Solar Rate

will increase only by that amount. Are you aware of this escalator?”

“Are you aware that you will be billed by your local utility company for any power that you use above

and beyond your solar production?”

“And just so we're on the same page, has anyone made any promises or additional agreements with

you that are not included in writing in the agreement?”

“Now, I just need to verify your payment information before we schedule the site survey. Our Monthly Recurring Payments require an automatic billing method from a checking account. Can you please provide the bank name and account and routing numbers for the account you would like to use?”

“Just to make sure that I have input the information correctly, I will read it back to you. Can you please verify that the information is correct?”

“Thank you for providing your payment information. Payments will only start after your system is on and producing electricity. The billing period is from the �rst to the last day of every month. We will send you a noti�cation on the 10th of the month showing the solar electricity generated the previous month and the payment due. This amount will be deducted on the 28th of the month from your payment method.”

“Do we have your authorization to automatically withdraw the monthly amount from this account?”

“Throughout this process, we may need to contact you for additional information to progress your project forward. We’ll also be calling to schedule your install when your permit is approved, so we want to make sure we can get a hold of you. What is the best way to reach you?”

“We will also need easy access to your main service panel, are there any locked gates or dogs thatwould prevent us from getting to it?”

“After we get the information from the site survey, our design team will start working on your permit. As soon as they have �nalized a design, we’ll be sending it out for you to see. But just so we can design it with your preferences, is it alright with you if we use the front facing roof of your home if we need to?”

“And were you referred to Suncrest Solar by anyone?”

“Are you a part of a Homeowner's Association?”

“Now we're going to schedule your site survey, which is when our crew comes out to take photos and measurements of your roof. It looks like you (do/do not) need to be home for the site survey. The soonest we have available is: X”

The last thing we need to check is whether we have all of the information required to proceed to

permitting. Please give me just one minute to make sure we have your electrical usage information.”

[CS: (A) If customer is NOT ABLE to provide Electrical Usage at this time, please ensure there is an action to obtain the usage as quickly as possible. (B) If the customer is NOT WILLING to provide Electrical Usage at this time, please let the Customer and Sales Rep know that this will halt the process because we cannot

submit permits without this information.]

“Congratulations, the Welcome Call is now complete! From this point on we will take care of everything so you won’t have to!”

“Once your permit is approved, we’ll be calling to schedule the install. As soon as that’s �nished, we’ll get the install inspected and then your utility company will issue your Permission to Operate, which means you get to turn on the panels and start saving money!”

“When we call, the number that will show up is 657.500.2164 so please put this number in your phone so you know it's Suncrest calling with updates.”
