Gwalior (M.P.). HRD is one of the key parts and the backbone of any company. Without

finance no organization can survive. My project is also based on the study of Finance which is

just a drop in the ocean.

Maruti Suzuki is four wheeler companies Maruti Suzuki is a manufacturing assembling sales

services and spare parts, I was joined this organization on 16july 2013 as a summer trainee

In the present scenario of globalization it has become mandatory to acquire practical knowledge

to fit the theory of survivable of the fit tested with the up gradation in technology level and ever

increasing competition one must have a practical view and experience of various theories of

concept of management as the part of MBA course underwent 45 days on summer training on

complete study “are the person satisfied their job or not”

The theory book intend to develop a person conceptually but the operational knowledge is

gained by practical training it not only prepares a person to face the actual situation but also him

to see the application of theoretical concept .
