Working as a social worker by profession since 1998, I have completed Master in Arts, from Madurai Kamraj University in 2002, P.G.P.M, MSPI, New Delhi, 1995, Bachelor of Arts from Loreto College, Darjeeling, North Bengal University, 1994, Diploma in Computer and Matriculation from Ursuline Convent Rengarih, Simdega, Jharkhand in 1986.
I am the founder member & chief functionary of non-government voluntary organization (SVWST) South Vihar Welfare Society for Tribal. 17. JOB RESPONSIBILITY
I am the founder member & secretary/chief functionary of South Vihar Welfare Society for
Tribal. My responsibilities are to look after the Administration and management of Human
Resources, Financial management, controlling, Liasioning, Strategic planning, implementing,
Monitoring & evaluation of all the projects, infrastructure development, fund raising,
Networking and linkages, lobby Advocacy, etc. for the growth of organization. I am involved
from the grass root level to the management level. Apart from these responsibilities I
prepared project proposals, reporting and Documentation for organization to records the
implementing process of programs to achieve the goal of the project.
Above all my major job responsibility is to lead entire team of South Vihar Welfare Society for tribal (SVWST) to work with VISION of our organization “A just society free from poverty, discrimination, injustice and inequality where people oppressive without distinction of gender, caste, religion, social and cultural divine, live in peaceful co – existence”. Motivate my team to work by always keeping in their mind about the MISSION “Empowerment of Vulnerable communities to live dignified life with sustainable livelihood and good governance” of South Vihar Welfare Society for tribal (SVWST).
Guiding and encourage them to keep up the team spirit and core value of organization that
are Self-respect & dignity, Equality and justice, Honesty and dedication, Love & Peace, Good
governance etc. Thus to create equal opportunities for all of staffs, volunteers for their
intellectual and social growth. I pledged to work for development of downtrodden,
neglected & marginalized communities with dedication, sincerity and commitment.
14. Working Experience:
I am working in the development sector since 1998. Under my leadership various
development projects such as Combat Human Trafficking, safe Migration, women
empowerment, Environment promotion, Vocational Training, health & Nutrition, Education,
Agriculture development, Livelihood promotion and Tribal identity & culture, New Hope
Children’s Home, Domestic workers facilitation center, rescue and rehabilitation of
Trafficked victims, workshop/ conferences, legal awareness program, survey and research
project etc. has been successfully implemented.
I belonged to tribal community, so most of the time I work among them as well I have a got working experience with other vulnerable communities of Jharkhand states.
I worked to Combat Human trafficking, safe migration and the domestic workers issues in
Jharkhand. I organized awareness campaign, meetings, and seminars, workshops,
conference to sensitize the community and other stakeholders.

PROJECT IMPLMENTED SUCCESSFULLY
Since inception of the organization South Vihar Welfare Society for tribal (SVWST), under my leadership till date total 61 projects implemented successfully:-
1. Community Organisation and Mobilization through Self Help Group, children’s club, Adolescent groups, Youth clubs, Farmers club, Forest protection committee etc.

Work Experiences on Women & Child Issues:- I personally dedicated to work in social field and I am very much concern with the issues which are related with women, child, adolescents, and youth. For their socio – economic and educational development I work with my team through above mentioned programs at grass root level up to international level. Many crucial issues such as Human Trafficking, Migration, Domestic workers issues, malnutrition, health issues, social issues, livelihood, illiteracy etc. such been addressed under my leadership. While addressing these issues especially in the process of Women empowerment, awareness creation, Capacity building, policy advocacy and network linkages. I guided and motivated the women to fight for the social causes and actively participate in the process of development of their own family, society and for the state. Women could be a good social leader and self-sufficient socially and economically, so that they could lead their children as a good citizen and create just society. Presently, under my leadership we launched a Network of NGOs working to combat Human
Trafficking through ” FIGHT” (Fight in Global Human Trafficking) and creating awareness
through motivation, meetings, counseling , workshop, seminars, IEC materials, etc. at five
states of India - Jharkhand, Orissa, Chattisgarh, West Bengal, and Bihar .
The Vision of FIGHT
Society of equity and equality to live a LIFE with dignity and social justice.
Mission:
Develop network of NGOs & GOs to protect women and children from unsafe migration and human trafficking and create opportunities to empower and rehabilitate the trafficked victims.
What is FIGHT?
FIGHT Consortium is a collaboration of 45 organizations, led by South Vihar Welfare Society
for Tribal (SVWST), serving all survivors in five states of Jharkhand, Odisha, Bihar, West
Bengal and Chhattisgarh. SVWST will coordinate and provide quality, trauma-informed
services to survivors of human trafficking and their family members.
FIGHTS is committed to the promotion of the rights of women and children and have been in
the fore front of the battle against the trafficking of women and children in five states of
East India.
FIGHT direct activities for trafficked persons include programs for the withdrawal & rescue
of trafficked children and their reintegration and or reunion with parents/ guardians. Other
provisions are formal education, basic learning and skills acquisition, legal and medical
assistance.
Legal cell will be formed for taking support for distress and trafficked women case. Scope
for inclusion of former judges from Supreme Court and High court in it and likeminded
Advocates, social workers, media, professional etc.
INTERNATIONL PROGRAMS:
1. In the year 2011, she visited U.S. under International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP)
On a J-1 (Exchange Visitor) Visa, supported by the US Embassy (United states Department of
state Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs). The topic was Trafficking in Persons,
scheduled for August 22 - September 9, 2011. It was an opportunity to understand U.S.
federal and judicial system; Current trends and statistics of trafficking in persons; Cybercrime
and child exploitation.
This three-week program had focus on the importance of joint efforts, both nationally and
internationally, to counter human trafficking and to examine the causes and effects of
human trafficking, and some of the most effective strategies employed in countering such
activity. Therefore she had an opportunity to learn about initiatives to protect, assist &
provide social reintegration of human trafficking victims.
The Goals of the U.S. visit:-
To examine U.S. local, national, and international efforts to combat trafficking in persons.
To present innovative law enforcement strategies for preventing, investigating, and prosecuting trafficking crimes.
To explore U.S. policy initiatives to protect, assist and provide social and economic reintegration services for trafficking victims.
To discuss awareness and education efforts and international cooperation in combating trafficking in persons.
2. Participated in the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Workshop organized by Mennonite Central Committee organized at Bangladesh which was held from 18th July - 20th July 2009.
3. I also Participation the People's SAARC Meet, 2008 held at Colombo (Sri Lanka). It was
sponsored by Action Aid, India. This program was held from 18th July - 20th July 2008.
MY ACHIVEMENTS:-
Established organization South Vihar Welfare Society for Tribal (SVWST) with the vision of “A just society free from poverty, discrimination, injustice and inequality where people oppressive without distinction of gender, caste, religion, social and cultural divine, live in peaceful co – existence.
Committed and Professional social workers team buildup with more than 87 staffs as to work for social chance without caste and religion differences.
Encouraged CBOs and individual of social sector to work for overall development and community empowerment without discrimination and never put others in different circumstances.
Successfully implemented more than 63 development projects. In my leadership various programs has been successfully implementing such Awareness on Human Trafficking (women & child), health, Education, Agriculture development, Women Empowerment, Child and women Rights, Livelihood promotion, Food security, Tribal identity & culture & peace building. These programs are implemented among the weaker and deprived sections especially among tribals, Women, children, and youth of the society with the principle of "putting the last first.
Running New Hope Children home as shelter home with 75 children. This home is dedicated to the trafficked victims, orphans, abandoned children, and ignorant children by their parents and society. It is a home for their upliftment and to give them proper support so that they could find a better path to lead their future.
Under sponsorship program total 850 children are taken care to ensure good health, education and community development.
More than 5253 women organized through self Help groups.
Skill enhancement of approx. 418 youths through Capacity building program, vocational training and EDP training.
Total 1157 adolescent girls organized under Adolescent groups.
Developed network and linkages with govt. and non govt. institution at grass root, local, regional and international level with various issues.
Lobby and advocacy with different ministry, departments on Combat Human Trafficking, safe migration and domestic workers issues to promote livelihood and social security.
Developed network through FIGHT (Fight in Global Human Trafficking) to fight against Human trafficking, injustice and inequality.
Rescued and rehabilitation of 56 adolescent girls till date.
Logged FIR on Traffickers and they are in jail.
Faced fake FIRs, fighting for justice against mafias, black mailers and vested interest groups.
Standing against Anti women movements in Jharkhand and encouraged women folk not to be disappointed and loose hope to struggle in their day today’s life.
PRESENTLY THE AWARD RECEIEVD MY ME:
1. Mother Teresa Sadbhavana Award:- International Business Council ( I.B.C) in association with International Institute of Education
and Management & The Indian Solidarity Council had organized a Seminar on “Socio –
Economic Development” at Indian Society of International Law, Krishna Menon Bhawan, at
the Auditorium First Floor, opposite Supreme Court of India, Bhagwan Dass Road in New
Delhi on July 24th 2013.
As a founder & chief functionary, South Vihar Welfare Society for Tribal (SVWST) and a social
worker of Jharkhand, I was awarded with the prestigious “Mother Teresa Sadbhavana
Award” for my achievements and contributions in the field of social work. The award was
presented by Dr. G.V.G Krishnamurthy, former Election Commissioner of India, Chief Justice
O.P Verma, Governor of Punjab, Mr. Harikesh Bahadur Cabinet Minister, on 24th July at New
Delhi in presence of the Dr. N.S.N Babu, Secretary General, International Business Council
and host of other dignitaries from all over India.
2. Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award
This award was represented to me by International Institute of Education & Management
(IIEM), New Delhi on 6th September 2013. The program was held at the constitutional Club,
Speaker Hall, Vital Bhai Patel House, Behind Reserve Bank of India, Rafi Marg, and New
Delhi. A National Seminar had been organized on “Education & Economic Development”
along with the award ceremony. During this occasion Chairman, IIEM Dr. Mahan Vir Tulli,
