Positive comments on the Partnership website as a whole:

• Website is user friendly• Good to have all the information in one place• Summary document is useful so that we are kept informed

if we are unable to attend the event• Contact details for other Partners/ Management Board

members is very useful• Training Calendar is very clear, like it that when you click

on the flyer that it provides more detail• Useful links to other related sites, very informative• Like the hyperlinks

Not possible at the moment

• It would be better if you could filter when searching for courses

• It would be useful if the number of places remaining on each course was updated daily

• It would be better to have one email contact point i.e. WDT email

Improvement made

• Change name from balanced scorecard to performance data

• Agenda’s should be listed before the Summary’s

• Care Council link added to related sites

Comments on the new Communication Plan tab

• Good to have all the most important information in one place

• We liked the Team Booklet, we learned things just by looking at this, such as equipment loan opportunities

• Useful information on the Social Work degree

• Would be useful if we could view comments submitted by people who have completed training

• Excellent for networking opportunities, building new relationships

• Ideas and inspiration comes out of these forums• Get to know what other services are out there• Friendly environment, not intimidating• Lots of new leads to follow up after them

ExerciseTopic 2 - Suggestions in how we can gain services user

involvement

• A presentation to the Access for All Forum

• Partnership Events need to be attractive to them, lunch, respite services for carers

• Partnership members could bring a services user or carer with them

• Committing to on-going attendance could be difficult for them, perhaps one-off consultations would be better

• Take Partnership to them, i.e. support group

• Contact them via webcam

ExerciseTopic 3 – Feedback from attending lunchtime seminars

• Try holding the seminars at different times, i.e. Breakfast, Lunch time seminars

• The canteen could provide a choice of items with prices and menu to be circulated

• The Management Board could be used to come up with worthwhile topics

• Seminars are not just for managers, but for all staff

• Not enough information is put on the flyers as to whether it would be relevant

• Venue should be Ebbw Vale LAC and not the Civic due to parking problems

• Issue attendance certificates
