Prior to Travel Complete and upload required documentation in the Barbados BIMSafe app, which can be downloaded from www.visitbarbados.org Submit documentation within 72 hours prior to travel and no less than 24 hours before travel. Bring your negative standard COVID-19 PCR test results. 2. Online or App Check-in Download Seabourn Source App and/or check-in online Fill in required risk-acknowledgement form Complete Pre-board health questionnaire 72 hours before check-in • Get boarding pass and check-in time 3. Embarkation • Show physical proof of vaccination Show completion of risk acknowledgment Additional health screening (as required) 4. Onboard • Cohort/travel parties encouraged; physical distance from those outside travel party • In the event masks are required in select locations on the ship and while ashore, Seabourn will provide a double-layer cloth mask for each guest on board Report any health issues Additional health screening (as required) 5. Shorex Shore excursions sold by or through Seabourn using tour operators who comply with COVID-19 controls. Self-exploration or participation in shore excursions not sold by Seabourn not permitted at this time. Complimentary rapid antigen COVID-19 test will be administered to all guests on board on day 5 or 6 of the voyage. 6. Pre-departure test

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Arrival into Barbados: Guests will be required to show proof of a negative Standard (non-rapid) PCR COVID-19 test, performed within 3 days prior of their arrival in Barbados. This proof may be required at the departing airport prior to the guest being permitted to board their flight, as required by the Barbados Ministry of Health. • Prior to traveling, guests must complete and upload the required documentation in theBarbados BIMSafe app, which can be downloaded from www.visitbarbados.org or uploadthe documentation directly on the site.

• Guests should upload required documentation within 72 hours prior to travel and no lessthan 24 hours before travel. Ministry of Health personnel will validate information upon flightarrival, so please bring original proof of documentation with you. The information providedwill be subject to their data privacy policies.

• Barbados Ministry of Health personnel will validate information upon flight arrival, so pleasebring proof of documentation with you. The information provided will be subject to theirdata privacy policies.

Return to home country (US): All air passengers coming to the United States, including U.S. citizens and fully vaccinated people, are required to have a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 3 days before travel or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 in the past 3 months before they board a flight to the United States.
