In the construction industry, Sutrac offers the widest range of integrated solutions for the supply, sales, financing facilities, hire purchase and rental of new machines, equipments & engines, genuine spare parts and second to none service capabilities. We also offer a range of product support services through customer support agreement (CSA), extended warranty offers, PM Kits, application support and operator training. These various options are supported by a dedicated team of factory trained professionals. Modern equipment has become technically more demanding; this is why we have a team of 8 dedicated manufacturer-trained instructors, available both for customers and our own staff. While we have over 550’000 line items in our parts inventory to protect customers from downtime, we also offer a range of flexible repair before or after failure options with service exchange components as well as

custom Track Service supported by a brand new Caterpillar 375t track press to handle all tracked machine sizes. Field Service means nothing without mobility: with 90 field service cars and trucks, we have the means to be in the field, with your equipment, wherever that may be. We are actually already doing so for several hundred machines and engines on service contracts across all of Sudan

In the field of Electric Power Generation, we are providing solutions for investor and retail customers. Investor Project Sales & Execution handle supply and installation, power-by-the-hour or emergency power solutions thanks to the range of Cat engines and packaged generators, with the option of full maintenance or even operations contracts. The engines we sell and support for Turnkey projects are from Caterpillar, and Rolls Royce. As a solution provider, we are also able to handle civil & mechanical work as well as the installation to provide complete power solutions instead of single gensets. The second area of our Power Systems business handles Retail Sales & Applications. This section is dedicated to providing solutions for individuals and small to mid-size businesses with the Olympian and Caterpillar generator sets ranging from 8kva up to 2200kva. We have opened a dedicated Power Systems Center located in Amarrat street 29 Mohd Nagib road to give adequate focus and service to both investor and retail customers.

We of course carry sufficient inventory of machines and engines to help customers mobilize their equipment on time and meet tight project deadlines. For shorter duration projects, less demanding applications or tighter budgets we also offer dealer certified quality used equipment, backed up by a Sutrac warranty, as well as rental machines with operators.

The Sutrac Rental Store is the only one of its kind in Sudan. With close to one hundred units in our rental fleet, Sutrac is by far the largest rental operator in the

country and is the only dealer able to offer –and deliver- complete solutions. Our rental terms and conditions are clear and transparent with no hidden charges or last minute “surprises”. Of course, we only rent dealer-maintained new or semi-new equipment to ensure customers get latest technology equipment and avoid downtime. To serve the aggregates crushing and processing industries, Sutrac is the exclusive dealer for METSO MINERALS, the global supplier to the rock and minerals processing Industries, operating into four business lines divisions; Crushing and Screening, Minerals Processing, Wear Protection and Conveying, and Recycling. Sutrac is also the sole dealer for Nordberg products.

Atlas Copco, a world leader and full line supplier of water and rock drilling rigs has joined forces with Sutrac in 2006. If there is underground water, there is an Atlas Copco rig that can get to it! We have factory trained professional available to guide your purchase decision and make sure your rig keeps working.

Sutrac has the people and resources to supervise the installation and commissioning of aggregates plants and drilling rigs. Of course, troubleshooting, application support, service and parts supply are also in our scope to ensure customers make the most of their equipment. Eight of ten plants working in Sudan are now supplied by Sutrac.

The Atlas Copco line of portable and industrial compressors are rapidly gaining acceptance since we took over this business. Our agriculture, construction, material handling and power systems customers at job sites, factories, warehouses, etc. are benefiting from the ease of doing business with one reliable partner to serve and support them before, during and after the sale, in the same manner - be it for prime product or support equipment.

In the agricultural business, Sutrac has added Valtra agricultural tractors and Sampo harvesters to its product portfolio in 2007. Valtra has a long history in Sudan and is well known to farmers and the sugar industries.

We are constantly investing to keep our promises and are doing so since 1952: Sutrac’s head office is located at the K8 facility, on the Wad Medani Road in Khartoum. However, as our customers operate throughout Sudan, we have a number of field branches and/or workshops located at Wad-Medani, Port Sudan, Higleig, Adar-yale, White Nile Area, Juba and Merawi, etc. We also provide air support to our customers for parts deliveries and service support. In 2008, we are opening a facility in Juba dedicated to serve Southern Sudan on a 6,300m2 land, conveniently located next to the airport.
