Everyday Cranberry Juice 200gms fresh cranberries 150gms sugar 2 tsp orange rind 6 cloves 600 ml water. Boil berries with water and other ingredients. When berries soften in about 5-8 minutes and the sugar dissolves reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Strain through a strainer. Cool and refrigerate. Home made cranberry juice is ready to serve.
