#The project managers role includes keeping your grant manager informed of your progress we want to know about the good, the bad, and the ugly. Our job is to support your successful completion of the project. We may have resources to draw upon that can help.

Use the checklists, manuals and other resources available so youll be prepared and save your time and our time.

#It is most important to demonstrate progress on your project. Your implementation, and reimbursement requests help us demonstrate need for the funding. If funding remains unobligated or projects languish it makes it hard for us to convey how important this work is and secure future grant program appropriations.

Make sure you use the milestones worksheet and track due dates that are listed in your agreement. Use the progress reports section of PRISM to communicate with your grants manager.

Inform your grant manager early of any problems or situations that affect the scope, budget or progress of your grant.4http://www.rco.wa.gov/maps/LE_ContactMap.shtml Salmon Recovery Lead Entities

You should try to keep your LE coordinator in the loop develop that relationship it can make a difference when it comes to troubleshooting project issues at the local level.
