CREATING GOALS (1/3)
From Home , navigate to thesection
“ Goals “
Or you can navigate to Performance > Inbox > Click on the Goals form
Click on the Goal form visible under your To Do items
Click on “Setting Goal Plan” to
open the Goal Form.

From Home , navigate to thesection
“ Goals “
In the new window, Click on Personal Goal
Click on Add Goal to Create / Add a goal
CREATING GOALS (3/3)
Note:
1. The total number of goalsshould be between 4 to 10.
2. The total weightage of thegoals should be 100%
• Select Perspective
• Add Goal title, Goal Description, Measure of Performance (MOP) &Target and Goal Weight
Click on ‘Save Changes’to add the goal
COPYING GOALS FROM PAST YEARS GOAL PLAN (1/2)
Click on Add New > “Copy from Other Goal Plan”
Select the required
year’s goal plan and
Click on Next
Make sure you have
selected the correct
Goal plan
Navigate to Goals from Home Page > Select the current Goal Plan
.
COPYING GOALS FROM PAST YEARS GOAL PLAN (2/2)
Check the goal you wish to
copy and click on Copy
Once copied, you will have the option to edit the goal details (if required)
Note:
The Goals you copied and edited under Goals Plan will auto – reflect in the Goal form.
To Submit the Goal form for Approval, navigate to Performance > All forms > Your Goal form
Rating from Others section will
show Comments from other
parties (if any)
Goal Details will show all
data in view only
List your Comments
(if any)
Click on Edit sign to
change the details
For Submitting Goal form for approval, you would have to navigate to Performance > All forms > Your Goal form
SUBMITTING GOAL PLAN FOR APPROVAL
Review the information inthe form and click on“Send to Next Step”
On the next page, click on “Send To Next Step “ to send theform for Matrix Manager (if applicable) / Manager approval
In case an employee has a matrix manager, once the employee submits the goal plan, it moves to the matrix manager
for review. Matrix managers can access the form as per below:
1. Access the Goal Form in your ‘To Do’ section
2. Review your team member’s goal sheet
– Assess if the goals you would review are clearly defined
– Check if the weightage is appropriate basis the relevance of the goal
– Ensure that the measure of performance and success metric is agreed upon
– In case you have any observations, Provide comments on the goals pertaining to you / relevant to you
3. Submit the Form by clicking Send to Next Step. The form will move to the reporting manager
MATRIX MANAGER APPROVAL OF GOAL FORM
List your Comments
(if any)
SENDING FORM TO EMPLOYEE FOR MODIFICATION
Click on name of the team member
Click on “Goal Plan - Manager
Approval in your To Do
Or
Navigate to Performance > Inbox
Click “ Send to Team Member ”if the form needs changes
APPROVING GOALS PLAN
Click on “Setting Goals and Development
Plan “ under the “To Do” section on the
Success Factors homepage
Click “ Goals and Development PlanApproved ”
for submitting manager approval on the goals
and development plan
Review form and Click “Goals Plan Approved”
Click “Goals Plan Approved” to approve the form or " Cancel and Return to Form” if you wish to go back to the Goal Form
