The brochure is most used and mis-used tools in business. It is important to know how to make is and use it effectively.

B. Why is this article important? Write 5 major points in the article that are important. Write in your own words.

I thought below of those are important. Two types of brochure design which are different in target of those, common mistakes that people tend to make, how to make brochure, things I have to take care, and brochure's strengths and weaknesses.

C. Explain 5 reasons why one should read the above article when preparing to design an important business brochure on any topic? Write in your own words.

It will helps to make the purpose and finished products clear. We will reduce the number of common mistakes on it. We could know how to make it one by one. We could remember our customers. And we could make effective brochure.

D. Write a paragraph explaining the common guidelines that you find in the article above. Write in your own words.

First we have to know who will see the brochure. One is made to attract people who do not know about us, and another one is to explain more details of our company. On it, we should not use "if" or "maybe". We always have to use "yes" and "possible". We also need to explain not only the function of out products, but also why it is good for our customer. And last, we should not use long sentences on it.

You should make brochure that will fit business type. The heading of brochure accent and ensure adequate others. But the person who interested in the company. you should give brochure which is written detailed information on company. You should write your copy from the customers point of view. Write the information which is the object which the customer wants.

B. Talk about a brochure that you want to prepare. Explain at least 10 major points you will include in this brochure of your choice. What will be the purpose of the brochure?.

I want to make brochure of University of Aizu. The purpose of brochure is that the person who doesn't know to University of Aizu is known. I want to write about English education, level of education continuance rate, professor, content of class, track, a circle, an event during year, establishment, the entrance examination and commons.

C. Write five sentences explaining how a company should approach the design of a technical brochure.

Don't use the words, "if" and "maybe" which invite the possibility of a negative response from the customer. Your brochure shuldn't be a textbook, it should be a conversation between friends. Make sure you phrase any questions in such a way that the answer can only be "YES". Use ragged right whenever possible. Write a point which is a clear benefit to customers.

The technical brochure should be write clear-cut point which is a clear benefit to customers. Don't write too much contents. Write information dig down. And thye technical brochure should be write simply. The technical brochure should publish
