Important information that you need to know
Logging into Travel Related Users’ System (TRUST)
All Travel Agents have a Travel Related Users’ System (TRUST) account. (https://trust.yoursingapore.com/)
To verify if you have any outstanding requirements for your licence, please log into the TRUST website with
your User ID and password.
Forgotten/misplaced your TRUST UserID and/or password?
Please utilise the password reset function on the TRUST website to reset your password under the “Forgot
Password” link. Your TRUST password will expire every 90 days for security reasons.
The Password reset will be sent to the Key Executive email registered in TRUST.
The Password reset is only valid for 15 minutes.
Please ensure the Key Executive email registered in TRUST is valid.
Please note that the reset password will be sent to the Key Executive’s email registered in TRUST. This new
password will only be valid for 15 minutes.

The operating hours of the TRUST Helpdesk are Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm.
Correspondence on licensing matters will be via email
Singapore Tourism Board (STB) will be sending out information regarding licensing matters via email. Hence,
it is important to ensure that the licensee’s email address and contact details are updated in the TRUST
system.

Section 1 - Submission of Annual Business Profile Returns (ABPR)
- All licensees must submit the particulars of the ABPR for the previous financial year via TRUST within
6 months after the close of the firm or business entity’s financial year.
- The Board collects this information to better understand the licensee’s business and to have a gauge
of the overall business performance of travel industry in Singapore.
- This requirement is mandatory under the Travel Agents Regulations, Regulation 14(1)(a):
Within 6 months after the close of the financial year of the licensee, the annual business profile
returns of the licensee in the form as the Board requires.
Information required for ABPR submission
- The required ABPR information is for the financial period of the business entity. The submission of
ABPR is not dependent on the completion of auditing of company accounts.
EXAMPLE
ABC Travel’s Financial Year (FY) End = 31 March 2018
ABC Travel should submit ABPR for FY ended 31 March 2018 by 30 September 2018
Only online submissions via TRUST website are accepted
- Please note that STB will only accept online ABPR submissions via the TRUST website
https://trust.yoursingapore.com. Late submissions would incur financial penalties.

1.1 How to check if ABPR is outstanding on TRUST
- Log on to TRUST.
- At the home page, move your cursor to the “Annual Business Profile Returns” tab.
- Click on “View ABPR Submission” as shown in Figure 1.

- You will be able to check if you have submitted the ABPR for that Reference Year as shown in
Figure 2.
“Y” means you have fulfilled the submission for that Reference Year.
“N” means you have not fulfilled the submission for that Reference Year.
1.2 How to submit ABPR
STEP 1: SUBMISSION OF ABPR
- Log on to TRUST.
- At the home page, move your cursor to the “Annual Business Profile Returns” tab.
- Click on “Submission of ABPR” as shown in Figure 3.

STEP 2: Under the section “Annual Business Profile Returns”
- Complete “Amount” for Inbound and Outbound Operations.
Leave the field blank if your company does not provide the service.
- Select the drop-down list for “Does your company own this service?”
For example, if your company does not own Air Ticketing, please indicate “No” for
“Outbound Operations – Air Ticketing”.
For example, if your company owns coaches, limousines or buses in Singapore, please
indicate “Yes” for “Inbound Operations - Land Transportation”.
- Important Note: If you have input an Amount in the “Amount” field, either “Yes” or “No” for the
Service Owned field must be selected.

STEP 3: Under the section “PASSENGERS HANDLED”
- Provide the “Number” of passengers that you company handled for Inbound and Outbound
Operations.
Leave the field blank if your company does not provide the service.
STEP 4: Under the section “MARKET SPECIALISATION”
- Select the “Country” for:
1) Inbound Operations i.e. the countries from which your company brought visitors into
Singapore; and
2) Outbound Operations i.e. the countries to which your company had brought out visitors to
from Singapore.
Leave the field blank if it is not applicable.
- Complete the “Percentage” for Inbound and Outbound Operations.
Note that the percentage should add up to 100% in each column.

STEP 5: Under the section “AREA OF FOCUS”
- Select “Yes” or “No”.

For example, if your company’s area of focus is on “Leisure” (Inbound and Outbound) ,
please indicate “Yes” for “Leisure”.

STEP 6: Under the section “FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES”
- Select “Yes” or “No”.

STEP 7: Under the section “OTHER INFORMATION”
- Provide ALL the necessary information.

STEP 8: SUBMISSION OF ABPR
- After completing and verifying on the APBR for the year, click on “Submit”.

STEP 9: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
- Please ensure submission was successful before log-off. We would strongly advise all travel
agents to print and keep a copy of the submission page for future reference and verification.

Section 2 – Payment of Outstanding Financial Penalties (if any)
- Licensees will incur financial penalties for any late submission of Audited Statement of Accounts, Net
Value Fulfilment and/or ABPR. As such, it is in the licensees’ best interests to fulfil the said licensing
requirements on time.
- Payment of Outstanding financial penalties are to be made through TRUST.

- Payment can only be made after the relevant documents have been submitted.
2.1 How to check if there are outstanding financial penalties and make payment for penalties
on TRUST
- Log on to TRUST.
- At the home page, move the cursor to the “Payment” tab.
- Click on “View Fine(s)/Fee(s) and make payments” as shown in Figure 4.
- The list of outstanding fines and amount that have incurred will be shown.
o Please note that fines payment can only be made when the submission of documents has
been completed
- Check on the box beside the outstanding fines that to make payment for the fine and proceed to
click on “make payment” as shown in Figure 5.
- You will be directed to the payment confirmation page below as shown in Figure 6.
- Please check for any errors/discrepancies before proceeding to click on the “Confirm Payment”
button.
- You will be re-directed to the online payment portal of Singapore Tourism Board as shown in Figure
6.
- Fill in the required contact information on the payment page and click on “Continue”.
- After payment is done, you are advised to print out a copy of the receipt for reference.

- If you are unable to make the payment online, you may send a crossed cheque with the stipulated
financial penalty amount payable to “SINGAPORE TOURISM BOARD”. Write the financial penalty
description (example: “Financial Penalty for Late submission of Audited Accounts 2012”) and the
[TA no. & Name] on the reverse side of the cheque.
