Sanction ishereby accorded to the temporary appointment of Mr.

Mohammad Rafiq Khan S/o Late Manzoor Ahmed Khan, Follower No F-

34/GRPK(PIDNo EXK-974157R/o Makhdoom Sahib, Nowhatta, Srinagar AlP

TujgariMohalla Khanyar, Srinagar as Follower, in the Pay Band of Rs.4440-7440

with the Grade Pay of Rs.1300/-in the J&K Police Department, in relaxation of

the prescribed qualification in terms of Rule7 under SRO43 of 1994.

The appointee shall report to the Director General of Police, J&K

within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this order and shall be

allowed to join only after production of the following documents/certificates in

original:-

1 Academic Qualification Certificate2 Age and Health Certificate3 State Subject Certificate4 Certificate from the General Manager, DIC concerned and

Deputy Director, Employment concerned to the effect that noLoan under Self Employment Scheme has been taken by him. -If, on verification, the certificates produced by the appointee are

proved fake or forged, the appointment shall be treated to have beencancelled ab-initio.

The salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed to him unless

satisfactory report about the certificate of his chmacter and Antecedents is

received from the Inspector General of Police, CID, J&K t~ whom a reference shall

be made by the PHQ. He shall furnish an affidavLt to the effect that in case any~

adverse report about his Character and Antecedents is received from the

IGP,ClD,J&K,he shall have no right to claim the appointment and his appointment

as Followerin the J&KPolice shallbe deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio.
