HISTORY OF PEPSICO 

` Born in the Carolinas in 1890, Pepsi has a long and

rich history. The drink is the invention of CalebBr adham (left), a phar macist and drugstore owner in

New Bern, North Carolina. The summer of 1890, as

usual, was hot and humid in New Bern, North

Carolina. So a young phar macist named Caleb

Br adham began experimenting with combinations of 

spices, juices, and syrups trying to create a refreshing

new drink to serve his customer s.

The business began to grow, and on June 16,1903, "Pepsi" was officially registered with the

U.S. Patent Office. That year, Caleb sold 7,968

` Pepsi Company has bright future but it is clear  that  there is a very  tough competition between Pepsi and Coca cola company so there are some suggestion which can be helpful for  the Pepsi 

company.

CONCLUSION

` My survey was related to both some part of urban andsome part of rur al areas in Var anasi region. I have

completed my survey under different dealer s. There is

good demand of Pepsi in the region. After completion

of my survey, I reached to this conclusion that in theurban areas many customer s are br and loyal but in

rur al areas they are not too much br and loyal. Sale of 

the soft drinks is also depend upon the good

relationship between distributor s and retailer s.
