Our patch program provides you with the finest quality custom patches for your hat or garment application. We can achieve high levels of detail, unique shapes and pantone match any color to your branding. Provide your own artwork or utilize our experienced in-house design team to create one-of-a-kind patches.

1 . SELECT YOU PATCH STYLEChoose from a variety of patch patch options. Play with shapes and

colors to create a truly unique and customized piece. Our patches

come with optional industrial strength adhesive backing that will

withstand any adventure.

2. SELECT YOUR BLANK HAT(S)Choose from our favorite wholesale hat vendors: Flexfit/Yupoong,

Richardson Caps, and Otto Caps, or find your own wholesaler. The

minimum for a hat order is only 24 pieces, but feel free to mix and

match brands, style and colors as long as you order increments of 12

and hit a 24 piece minimum. Low risk with high variety.

2. SELECT YOUR BLANK GARMENT(S)Use our patch program to add custom label branding to garments of

your choosing. Add a label to a screen printed tee or adhere a patch

to a workshirt or jacket. The possibilities are endless, and we can do

everything from you from start to finish.

We can warehouse a portion of them for you at no cost, or opt to ship

the entire patch package ready to sell. You can even choose to add or

remove adhesive backing to your custom patch.

Our embroidered patches range in qulaity from 100% embroidered to 50% embroidered. The 50% and 75% embroidered patches use a twill background while the 100% embroidered patch feature thread from edge to edge.

The woven patch has a dense weave and allows you to achieve high levels of detail.

Our patch program is not limitted to just hat application. You can use any of our patches to accent your domestic apparell. Add a pinch tag or woven label to increase the perception of your brand, or apply a woven or embroidered patch to a work shirt or jacket. The possibilities are endless.

Our patch program makes it easy to create great-looking hats and beanies at no risk to you. On the next page we have provided a list of some of our most popular domestic hats. You are by no means limited to selecting only one hat style. At minimums of 24 pieces, choose as many different styles as you would like. You can even mix and match wholesalers.
