This course introduces students systematically to the developments and implications of digital technologies on contemporary culture and society.

Our core module looks at digital technologies and how they reshape different areas such as:

cities and transport, finance, journalism, marketing, work, governance but also identities and intimacies in digital media, and to many other areas.

We teach a systematic understanding of the main cultural, political, economic and ethical aspects of digital culture and society and a strong command of related literature.
