2)Grammar :
A Superlative Adjective:
compares three or more nouns. There are some rules for making
adjectives into
superlative adjectives.
1. Add -est to a one syllable word. (Sometimes it is necessary to
double the final consonant!)
Big → Biggest Mean → Meanest
2. Add -st to a one syllable word ending with an “e”
Large → Largest
3. If a two syllable word ends with a “y”, change it to “i” and add -
est.
Funny → Funniest
4. For words with more than two syllables, use the word “most” or
“least” before the adjective. Do not
add the -est suffix.

A Comparative Adjective:
compares two nouns. There are some rules for turning adjectives
