All regularly enrolled students and
full-time Faculty/Staff are required to have an NMSU identification (ID) card. Students must present a valid ID card to university units and/or personnel to verify eligibility to access campus facilities, services, and privileges.

Free Confidential Counseling Services
The NMSU Counseling Center has licensed counselors and psychologists that are here to assist NMSU students with career and personal counseling. The offices are open weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, even during lunch, and offer scheduled appointments and evening groups.
