Clear about role & responsibilty. Is available 24/7, Is approachable-ex
“Feel free to call me at any time” rather than “Call me when there is a problem”.
Sets example by ‘doing’ and not just “saying”. FK to DOM:”I will never ask you to do something which I will not do myself.”

Contemporary Views Regarding Program/Student Evaluation
Many different strategies may be employed, however all evaluation methods are prone to bias reducing reliability.
Thus the importance of multiple evaluations by different evaluators which collectively can provide strong evidence regarding curriculum evaluation.

Problem Student? Does he/she really belong in this field? What is the ‘home’ situation like? Are there any health related issues—
professionals do get sick.(Bipolar,Dysl.) Any underlying financial/marital issues? Ex—Clerk at NUMC refused to take
clerkship exam--? Why.
