Job Shadowing: The “Key” to Career PlanningJob Shadowing: The “Key” to Career Planning

Career development is about growing through life and work: it’s about learning, experiencing, living and working. It’s is about actively creating and shaping the life you want to live and the work you want to do.

Job Shadowing allows you to “test drive” the work you want to do. Ensuring the decisions you make are based upon solid information from people with real experiences rather than assumptions and possible misconceptions.

Thank you for participating in the Job Shadow program and good luck in your future career.
