Student Printer Manual
1. Connect your device to Urbanest Wi-fi
2. Enter https://print.urbanest.com.au:9192 in your browser
3. Click on Register as a New User
4. Complete all details and take note of your Username and Password (this will be required to logon to the web portal to manage your account) and click Register
5. Note your Identity Number (ID) and PIN these will be required to collect your print jobs from the printer.
6. Login to your account using the Username and Password from Step 4.
7. The web portal is used to manage your account, some of the options are:
• Add Credit
• Change PIN through Change Details section
• Check Transaction History
• Check Jobs Pending Release
You can also Verify your ID on the Summary page by clicking Show under Card/ID
8. To print a document you need to email it to [email protected]
9. Then go to the printer and login with your ID and PIN created in Step 5
10. Select Print all or Select Print Release
11. Select the document and press Print button to print
12. Printing will begin after pressing print
13. To Scan a file click the Scan button
14. You can then Edit the Subject and Filename. You can also click the tick box to prompt for more pages if you wish to scan more than 1 page. After click Scan to start.
15. Your scan will be sent to your email after completion.
16. To add credits to your account follow the steps below.
17. Launch https://print.urbanest.com.au:9192 on a browser on your device.
18. Login to your account using the Username and Password from Step 4
19. Click on Add Credit
20. Select the Amount to be added from drop down menu
22. Select payment method, enter required details and click Pay Now
21. Click Add Value you will be redirected to payment gateway page
23. You can check your available credits on Summary Page page
