THE PHOENIX COLLEGIATE Student Enrichment Programme The Phoenix SED programme has been devised to fulfil our statutory responsibility to support pupils’ spiritual, moral, cultural, mental and physical development and prepare them for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life. The programme supplements existing provision in PSHE, Mathematics, Science, Computing, PE, RE, Design & Technology and takes account of DfE guidance concerning Sex and Relationships Education, preventing and tackling bullying, safeguarding and equality. The programme is designed around: the PSHE core themes of: Health & Well-being, Relationships and Living in the Wider World Statutory and non-statutory guidance rela3ng to Careers, Ci3zenship, RE and Financial Educa3on. Our ‘Stepping it up‘ program is designed to prepare our pupils for exams. The character educa3on program ‘ The Phoenix Edge’ which is designed to develop life skills in key aHributes in Leadership, Organisa3on, Resilience, Ini3a3ve and Communica3on. Student Enrichment Programme

The Phoenix SED programme has been devised to fulfil our statutory responsibility to support pupils’ spiritual, moral, cultural, mental and physical development and prepare them for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life.
