Stuart worked in the capacity of Superintendent with Oceaneering for the last 12 years gaining first-hand experience  working on Vessels with single and dual ROV systems, with both "Tophat" TMS and Cage deployed ROV's  Activities include:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: The planning and supervision of ROV operations and ROV operational personnel.To ensure that all ROV operations are conducted in a safe, efficient and effective manner.To represent the Company at the offshore work location.To supervise and maintain the standards and procedures set out in Company Quality Assurance (QA) and Safety Policy in conjunction with Client and Regulatory Guidelines.Carrying out system mobilisation interface inspections and reporting back with recommendations of key variables of costs, time, quality, scope and risk Accountable for safely bringing to completion project mobilisations of ROV system both single and twin on-board various vessels and rigs. -          Demonstrate ability to know when to deny the Clients request for subsea work based on operational knowledge or experience-          Demonstrate the ability to know when a supervisor may be making a bad operational decision without fully understanding the consequences

ROV System

-          Demonstrate ability to run multiple ROV systems and integrate their capabilities for optimal operations

Maintenance

-          Demonstrate knowledge and experience necessary to determine the effectiveness of maintenance on multiple systems simultaneously

Safe Operating Procedures-          Demonstrate ability to ensure safe operations during project-          Ability to proactively identify potential problems which may be either personnel or operational related safety concerns

Administration

-          Ability to initiate, complete and validate all required Oceaneering, client and regulatory documentation during multiple system operations-          Imparts knowledge of all required client, regulatory & Oceaneering documentation to all crew members

-          Demonstrate ability to perform or make final decisions on all technical related problems or issues

Misc-          Demonstrate understanding of topics ranging from management, operations management, leadership and group dynamics, contract and business financial topics-          Demonstrate professional demeanor with regards to client interaction and Oceaneering’s management representation
